Flooding, or Even Drought-Busting Rains, Dwindling...
Convection in the Southeast is doing a fine job of robbing the area of moisture. Rain has stopped, for now. There is still plenty of time for more to form, and as the night goes on, the thunderstorms in the Southeast should weaken a bit, perhaps freeing up a bit more moisture. However, by that point it will almost be over. Rain is still on the table, but I'd say only an inch to an inch and a half of rainfall total. That's also good news, as I'm sure flooding isn't on anyone's list of favorite things.
