Diverse Temperature Range Tonight

A "backdoor" front (NE to SW) moved in today, resulting in foggy/hazy and cool conditions for the areas east of the Appalachians. Those westward saw temperatures reaching into the upper 60's and lower 70's. Tonight, the temperatre diversity is large. Lows in the Asheville area will dip into the lower-40's; those in the higher elevations in NC could dip into the lower-30's! However, TN should stay more mild, with lows in the 40's.

The rest of the week looks sunny and warm. We MAY reach the 80's by Sunday! More on this to come...
