WW has Expired; Rain not Finished Just Yet

The severe thunderstorm watch expired at 9 PM. The severe weather threat has diminished. However, there is still rain across the area.

Numerous showers remain over East Tennessee and Western North Carolina...along with isolated activity in Southwest Virginia. All of this will eventually die down.

Small hail, vivid lightning, and heavy rain are all possible in stronger thunderstorms.
