Today's Event Almost Over; More Coming Tomorrow

A few areas of thundershowers remain in the area...and more cannot be ruled out. However, the severe threat is over for the night.

That said, tomorrow is of concern to me.




The setup for tomorrow will be very similar to Tuesday. A shortwave trough will move southwestward into the area by tomorrow afternoon...down the back of the current trough. Shear will not be as strong...however, the cyclonic flow will support scattered severe thunderstorms with strong, damaging wind, large hail, plenty of lightning, and heavy rain.
