Rain and Thunderstorms Possible Overnight
Yet another strong autumn cold front is set to push through the area tomorrow. Ahead of it, a strong line of thunderstorms has developed. That line will weaken significantly by the time it gets here later tonight...but should still provide a bit of rain. As the front nears, wind will pick up...with gusts to 40 MPH possible by tomorrow evening.
Temperatures will crash behind the front. Highs tomorrow will likely occur in the morning hours...and drop through the day. With a northwest flow developing, and a bit of residual moisture, showers could form. Similar to last week's event...these may turn to snow showers over the mountains. However, I don't believe this cold front has enough *wallop* to it to allow for cold enough air to make it to the valleys before our moisture runs dry. Lows tomorrow night, however, should be in the 20's and 30's areawide.
Our next shot of precipitation should come later this weekend. More on that later.
