The Drought Continues...

Our drought rages on across the area, as most areas are down between 10" and 20" on the year. I haven't recorded rainfall in over 18 days...and it's showing. Grass is dieing, cracks are showing up in my yard, and mysterious patches of dirt are appearing. This is all coming during the middle of a heat wave, when an afternoon shower would be welcomed. Looking ahead, nothing of any notability is headed our way within the next week. The standard afternoon shower or two will pop up, and dissipate quickly. (Providing no relief) The heat will rage on, with 90's readings every day.
