Numerous Thunderstorms Across the Area

I'm going to be away from the computer for the next few hours, so I just wanted to give an update.
Numerous thunderstorms have developed this afternoon. There's quite a bit of moisture involved here, as some thunderstorms have dumped heavy rain, causing flash flooding in NW NC. Also, several storms have been on the strong side, with a few reaching severe levels. Expect the thunderstorms to continue through the evening...and slowly dissipate around sunset.

A line of fairly strong thunderstorms is moving through the Ohio Valley right now. These may hold up long enough to affect the area. However, they should be considerably weaker if/when they move in.
