Hot & Dry Weather to Start the Workweek
A ridge of high pressure is allowing for a hot and dry start to the week. Highs shot into the upper 80's and lower 90's today. Tomorrow will be as warm, if not a few degrees warmer! Like today, mostly sunny skies will dominate.
This hot, dry weather will end Tuesday. A cold front looks to invade the area, bringing cooler temperatures, and showers and thunderstorms. Rain chances on Tuesday afternoon look promising....and do we ever need some rain! Some left-over thunderstorms are possible Wednesday.
A drier air mass will take hold after the front passes. It doesn't look like we'll see PM thunderstorms until as late as next week!
