It looks like NWS Morristown is holding out on an advisory or warning. The Special Weather Statement expires at 11:15 PM, so one may be issued then. A Snow Advisory is in effect for most of Kentucky. The Winter Storm Watch in Western North Carolina may be upgraded later. Temperatures will be at or below freezing at the surface, so hazardous road conditions are likely. Bottom line: Snow this weekend, heavy at times late Saturday afternoon thru late Saturday evening.
