Calm Before the Storm(s)!

First off, an apology. I have had computer issues recently, and that resulted in the lull of discussion and forecasting. As you may have noticed, I have tried new things, some of which worked, some didn't. The forecast will now be at the bottom of daily summaries. I will add an e-mail link at the right. Unfortunately, due to spam issues, I will have to use a Yahoo account for public e-mail. My private e-mail address will not be revealed.

Yesterday and last night were quite windy. My anemometer is experiencing problems, so I don't have any wind amounts or gusts to report.

The early part of the week featured melting snow, rain, and thunderstorms. I recorded a little over an inch of rain total from the week's melting snow and rainfall.

The forecast for tonight and tomorrow is simple. Saturday night into Sunday is when it begins to get interesting. A severe thunderstorm outbreak is likely. A line of weakening strong to severe storms may reach our area. Heavy rain is also a possibility. Snow may be back in the forecast for Monday, as temperatures drop once again. Your forecast is below.
